Lego Education Club at The Wellbeing Centre Kelsall - Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your child's participation in the Lego Education Club (the "Club") held at The Wellbeing Centre Kelsall. By booking and paying for a place in the Club, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


1. Club Details:

  • Name: Lego Education Club

  • Location: The Wellbeing Centre Kelsall

  • Duration: Six (6) weeks

  • Day: Every Wednesday

  • Time: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

  • Start Date: Wednesday, June 11th, 2025

  • Age Range: Children aged 6 to 11 years old.

2. Booking and Payment:

  • The cost for the six-week Club is £50.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.

  • Places are limited and will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Bookings can be made by directly, online.

3. Trial Club:

  • A trial club session will be held on Saturday, June 7th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  Registration Required

4. Attendance and Punctuality:

  • The Club is for enrolled students only.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the timely drop-off and pick-up of their child.

  • Please ensure your child arrives no earlier than 5:25 PM and is collected promptly at 7:30 PM.

5. Personal Expansion Sets:

  • Additional personal Lego expansion sets may be available for purchase at the Club to enhance activities.

  • The purchase of these sets is optional and not a requirement for participation in the Club.

6. Registration and Important Information:

  • All parents/guardians must complete a registration card for their child prior to their first session.

  • This card must include accurate information regarding any allergies, medical conditions, and emergency contact details.

  • It is your responsibility to inform the Club leaders of any changes to this information.

7. Safeguarding:

  • The Lego Education Club at The Wellbeing Centre Kelsall is committed to safeguarding the well-being of all children.

  • All Club leaders have undergone full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.

  • The Club is fully insured with Zurich.

  • We will follow established safeguarding procedures in accordance with best practices and relevant legislation.

8. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • The personal information provided on the registration card will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Lego Education Club and ensuring the safety and well-being of your child.

  • We will store this information securely and will not share it with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or for emergency purposes.

  • You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your child's personal data held by us. Please contact [Insert Contact Information for GDPR Enquiries] to exercise these rights.

9. Liability:

  • While all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of the children attending the Club, The Wellbeing Centre Kelsall and the Lego Education Club leaders cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the Club sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.

10. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • In the event that the Club has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided for the remaining sessions.

  • No refunds will be given for non-attendance or withdrawal from the Club once it has commenced.

11. Code of Conduct:

  • Children attending the Club are expected to behave respectfully towards Club leaders and other participants.

  • Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in the child being asked to leave the session.

  • Repeated breaches of the code of conduct may lead to the child's exclusion from the Club without a refund.

12. Photography and Videography:

  • Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during Club sessions for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website).

  • We will seek your explicit consent on the registration form if we intend to use images or videos of your child.

13. Funding:

  • The Lego Education Club at The Wellbeing Centre Kelsall has been kindly funded by SBS Chester, a voluntary support group for survivors of suicide and the wellbeing of Adults and Children.

By enrolling your child in the Lego Education Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
